1.1 Full Refunds

A full refund will be issued under the following conditions:

• We fail to deliver access to the purchased tool or account within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
• The service or tool is unavailable due to technical issues caused by us that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

1.2 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for single-tool plans under the following circumstances:

• The tool remains non-functional for more than 48 hours due to technical issues caused by us.
• Only part of the service is affected, while other features or tools continue to work.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• User errors, such as logging in from multiple devices or changing devices after activation.
• Removing or uninstalling extensions. ( For extension applicable items )
• Temporary unavailability of tools due to maintenance or updates by the official tool provider.
• Personal preferences, such as changing your mind after payment or dissatisfaction with the service of the tools after delivery.
• Delayed refund requests made more than three days after activation.
• Opening DevTools will result in a permanent block and no refund will be applicable.
